Another lunar cycle is beginning, and I’m honestly really grateful for the chance to reset and focus on something new. The world feels so overwhelmingly scary right now, and it can be hard to know what to do in the midst of it all. So this month, we’re exploring the idea of integrity, how we as creatives or business owners or astrology girlies can embody our values without losing too much of our minds.
Living with integrity starts with reflecting on our core values and how they align with our actions. Allyship doesn’t have to be loud or performative, which is something that newly-liberal College Grace did not understand. At least in my life, the most impactful changes I’ve seen in others came from slow connections and genuine conversations. Of course loud activism is helpful, and when we can speak up for others we absolutely should! But real integrity grows from within, cultivated by community and aligned with what matters most to us.
Tarot Guidance
The Seven of Swords is our guide this week, and often highlights deception, dishonesty, or avoidance, but it isn’t necessarily negative. It asks us to turn inward and examine where we might be out of alignment with our values. Are there moments where fear holds you back from fully embodying your values? Perhaps there are situations where you’ve taken shortcuts or avoided difficult conversations to keep the peace. The Seven of Swords encourages you to face these situations with courage, gently realigning your actions with your intentions.
In contrast, the High Priestess speaks to the power of the unseen. She reminds us that true strength often lies in quiet, intuitive action. Allyship and integrity don’t require a spotlight; they thrive in moments of listening and understanding. There are always going to be people whose struggle we can’t relate to, and letting them talk while we listen and support is how we can best be allies to them. The High Priestess encourages us to embrace the mystery, knowing that not every action needs to be seen to make an impact. This card suggests that working behind the scenes or within your inner world is equally, if not more, powerful.
Astrological Influence
This week we’re letting our 1st house and 10th house show us how our personal identity and public actions intersect. Are you presenting yourself authentically to the world? The 1st house invites you to consider who you are at your core and how you express your authentic self, while the 10th house challenges you to think about your legacy, what you’re building and how you’re contributing to the world around you.
With the Moon in Scorpio in my 1st house, my intentions are deeply rooted in emotional authenticity and a desire for personal transformation (why I love these monthly opportunities for growth). Meanwhile, my 10th house in Leo, home to Mercury and Venus, lights up my public life with creativity, charisma, and a natural pull toward leadership and recognition. These placements seem drastically different, but there’s connection there too. Scorpio reminds me to protect my emotional depth, while Leo encourages me to step into the spotlight. Alignment comes when my actions in the world reflect my inner truth, blending Scorpio’s intensity and introspection with Leo’s warmth and confident creative voice. When I honor both vulnerability and visibility, I can feel confident that my values are strong, whether they’re seen or not.
Questions to ask yourself this week:
Where in your life are you called to act with integrity? Where do your intentions and outward actions align, and where might they need adjustment?
It’s hard to know what to say in times like these, but I encourage you to find and nurture communities, local and virtual. Connection and strength will be our greatest assets as we move through the next few years. Sending you all the love and peace that you need right now, precious moonbeams!
